Fiber Laser Conversation Efficiency is more than 30%, compared with YAG or CO2 machine, it significantly saves power consumption when working, saving running costs and to achieve the highest production efficiency.
Fiber laser adopting Semiconductor Modular and Redundancy Design, there is no optical lens in resonant cavity like YAG, it doesn't need any start time, featuring free adjustment, free maintenance, high stability, reducing parts cost and maintenance time, which is incomparable by other traditional cutting machinery.
The machine Optical is Fiber Transmission, it doesn't need complex reflect lens and other light system, the optical path is simple and stable structure, has free maintenance. Raycus CE version laser source can direct make aftersales service in Raycus global service centers and don't need to send back to machine sender for repair.
Laser coupled with optical gate can be a plurality of machine, through the fiber light divided into multiple units at the same time, it's easy to expand function and upgrade. The life time is more than 100,0000 hours.

SUP23T Four-in-one hand welding head is a new super great application in handheld laser welding, non-contact welding, welding cleaning, cutting field of single motor scanning swing welding head -- hereinafter referred to as SUP23T. The product includes a handheld laser head and its control system, and has multiple safety alarms and active safety light break settings. It is developed on the basis of the SUP20T handheld laser head which has been mass produced by our company. Compared with the previous generation, it is further improved in insulation, stability, maintenance and other aspects, and has the characteristics of more compact, lighter and more reliable. The product can be adapted to various brands of fiber lasers, optimized optical and water cooling design so that the laser head can work stably for a long time at 3000W, and the cleaning width of switching cleaning mode is up to 120mm.
Water Cooling System
Intergrate type water chiller,
the chillers have comprehensive protection functions of over-temperature, phase-loss, over-pressure, water-shortage, low-voltage, overload and so on. Since all thekey-components and parts are imported, the chiller has the advantages of high stability, easy-maintenance and being in line with the cooling indicator requirement of the laser source, welding head and optical path.
Professional gas route and low pressure alarm system
Machine equip with proffesional designed gas routes, ensure machine working under suitable and stable supply gas. If gas pressure lower than setted value, machine will be alarm and stop working, avoid low pressure gas damaged protect lens and other parts in welding head.
Super 4 in 1 Multi Function CNC Control System
Basic features of the product: self-developed control system and structural design, adapt to various welding requirements within 3000W, set multiple safety alarms and state indicator lights, abnormal state instantaneous response. Can make multi-function processing, such as laser welding, cutting & cleaning. The net weight of 0.75kg flexible and easy to use.
The whole machine is more stable: all parameters can be seen, monitor the state of the whole machine in real time, avoid problems in advance, facilitate trouble shooting and troubleshooting, and ensure the stable operation of the hand-held welding head.
